VP of Marketing responsibilities include:
- Managing the relationships and costs of the vendors that facilitate marketing initiatives.
- Managing and reporting on the marketing budget.
- Providing support to staff on marketing promotions.
- Managing the various avenues that provide customer feedback (survey invitations, NPS reports, onboarding surveys) and report member responses to various departments
- Documenting all procedures and processes to ensure department sustainability and continuity.
- Reporting on specific marketing activities and campaigns (email campaigns, direct mail campaigns, etc.).
- Developing customer-facing promotions with input from other areas.
- Managing all customer communication avenues (email, text, etc.).
- Providing support to sales and business development staff in the form of ads, flyers, lead lists, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Four-year degree is required, preferably with a degree in marketing. Extensive experience will be considered in place of education.
- Some design skills are a plus but not a requirement.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Solid decision-making skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to plan.
- PC skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other programs as needed).
