The Marketing Admin manages all marketing initiatives for the insurance agency and works with agency leadership and the Marketing Director to create and complete recurring and ad-hoc marketing projects.

Essential responsibilities and tasks of the Marketing Admin are:
  • Design for a wide range of projects, including brochures, websites, proposals, email templates, social media, event branding, logos, promotional goods, infographics, PowerPoint presentations, e-books, physical print, and more
  • Regularly engage each Director within LFIA to determine marketing needs.
  • Manage design process from conception to delivery through approvals process
  • Maintain visual brand standards and assume a role of quality control and consistency
  • Maintain digital libraries and track and organize stock of physical collateral
  • Work closely with external vendors to facilitate print orders, etc.
  • Proofreading content and file preparation
  • Create collateral for independent advisors using their branding guidelines and/or creating new branding
  • Create and assist with email marketing and corporate communications as needed
  • Assist on additional projects as needed including: Website updates, social media updates, podcasts, video production, form creation & automation
  • Additional duties as required
Successful Marketing Admin candidates will have:

Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Design is preferred, or work-related experience is required
  • 2-5 years of experience in Corporate marketing/design role
  • Exceptional communication skills through different medias
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must provide link to a portfolio showcasing a range of designs in both print and digital mediums
Preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Dreamweaver) Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Knowledge of corporate communication design and email deployment platforms
  • Basic HTML and Code Editors
  • Social Media Marketing – Facebook, LinkedIn, twitter
  • SEO experience is a plus
