Job Description

The VP of Marketing Technology & Identity will be an expert in understanding the concepts and strategies in place on using customer data across marketing technology to drive personalized experiences for consumers. The VP should understand the data and identity space with a strong ability to drive connectivity between advertising media and how it applies across owned and paid. The VP should have a thorough understanding of all the major identity providers (e.g. Epsilon, LiveRamp, Neustar,etc.), and how the evolving regulations around privacy are driving innovation and advancements in the advertising space. The VP should be comfortable speaking on topics related to measurement, tech like (CDP, Cloud, Clean Room) and identity resolution and how it impacts media. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, agency teams, strategic partners, and clients to create integrated solutions that solve client challenges and drive new revenue opportunities for the Groupe.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and drive cross sell and upsell opportunities for Groupe privacy, data, technology, experience, commerce and product and service landing pads
  • Collaborate with the Google Marketing Platform and Social360 leads to create holistic go to market opportunities for Publicis Media Consulting to drive Groupe adoption of PMC Accelerators
  • Collaborate with PMX enable and agency leads to identify client opportunities for thought leadership, diagnostic and discovery opportunities to drive pipeline
  • Execute both diagnostic tool-based assessments, as well as hands on project-based consulting
  • Develop technical and business requirements and translate those requirements into client proposals and SOWs and drive scope for agencies to future proof media business
  • Meet with clients to analyze their work practices and understand the nature of their businesses to accurately define needs and customize marketing and adtech solutions
  • Own the development of a strategic vision for project (strategy, problem to solution mapping, use case development, prioritization, roadmap, benefits case, etc) and embrace the criticality of gaining its adoption
  • Educate and enable Publicis Media agencies to drive future proofing strategies for Publicis Media clients
  • Run workshops, working closely with the client, able to talk about business requirements and assess campaign impact/value
  • Run client interviews, collect disparate information to inform proposals and SOWs
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: effectively manage cross-functional initiatives and relationships across agencies, partners, delivery teams, regions, and clients
  • Shape value proposition for new clients and act as a peer advisor to L1 and L2 clients
  • Create solutions to complex technology business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of strategy and / or management consulting experience
  • 4+ years of agency, brand or adtech / martech vendor experience preferred
  • Prior experience working with blue chip clients to enable strategy and process at a global scale
  • Skilled at building senior relationships and delivering high impact work to your clients
  • Interest and experience in marketing technology and using the technology to strengthen the value accretive business strategy and transformation efforts for clients
  • Deep understanding of the privacy landscape is preferred
  • Strong understanding of data and technology platforms (i.e. LiveRamp, Amazon Ads, The Trade Desk, Google Marketing Platform, Neustar, Epsilon)
  • Experience with cloud-based architecture, (i.e. Salesforce Customer 360, Adobe Real Time CDP, Snowflake, AWS, Infosum, LiveRamp, Habu, Google Cloud Platform)
  • Flexible with the ability to keep up with a fast paced, constantly evolving environment. Problem solvers, comfortable developing and working to different solution types and scopes.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate and lead projects across multiple teams and functions

Compensation Range: $143,000 - $225,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
