RN HOME HEALTH
Role Description
Recording and monitoring a patient's vital signs. Promoting well-being by educating patients on self-care techniques. Consulting with doctors and other medical staff to determine the optimal treatment plan. Administering over-the-counter and non-intravenous medications
Registered Nurse Responsibilities * Administering medication and insulin, and completing blood pressure, glucose, urine, and stool tests.
Expected Shift: 8.00hr - AM
Start ASAP for 13 weeks
M-F, days
Salary
50 $ to 70$ per hour (Open)

Registered Nurse Responsibilities * Administering medication and insulin, and completing blood pressure, glucose, urine, and stool tests.
- Inspecting wounds, changing dressings, and handling personal grooming and hygiene.
- Testing for muscle weakness, bedsores, and any signs of infection.
- Educating caregivers and family on the aftercare or ongoing care of the patient.
- Monitoring patient recovery and compiling reports for the physician.
- Collaborating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop improved diets and healthcare plans for patients.
- TX or compact state license required.
- BLS , AHA only.
- One year experience in a similar role. HCHB/Pointcare experience require
- Excellent report writing skills.
- Active listening skills and empathy.
- AHA BLS required
