Job Description

1. Document Management
- Manage all Safety paperwork, filing, and compiling for monthly report
- Order and maintain stock of Office Supplies
- Includes copy paper, toner, etc.
- Order and stock restroom supplies
- Upload and track all documents needed for the project badging for crew
5. Assorted office duties
- Greet visitors, ask them to sign in and direct them to appropriate location
- Refill paper/toner in copiers
- Make copies or print drawings as required
- Assist Project Managers
- Assist Superintendents
