  • In this role, you play a significant part in driving NCR’s Professional Services business. Working alongside the Hospitality Consulting business leader, you will be responsible for developing a world class team from a zero base. From seeking out talent to defining the offers, through the sales cycle to delivering excellence for our customers, you will be leading a challenger consulting brand into market and securing new business. You will be given every support to succeed, with an outstanding team of peers, expected to push hard into new territory and achieve great results - managing senior client and stakeholder relationships across the existing portfolio and driving significant growth through business development.
  • Software pull-through and partnerships development will be an important element to this role and experience in this area is essential as is a demonstrable track record of expertise at the intersection of business and technology.
  • You will be a part of top talent to take NCR from a challenger consultancy to a direct competitor to the technology advisory firms over the next 5 years. This is a role that requires big ideas, big ambitions, and big results.
Your role: Consulting Partner, NCR Hospitality Consulting

Your key responsibilities:
  • Source, development and nurture top talent both directly and indirectly to effectively deliver differentiated value to target clients
  • Originate, qualify, and close new opportunities for NCR with our hospitality clients across our hospitality services, including digital commerce, systems integration, BPO, managed services, customer experience and loyalty, cloud services + data/AI services.
  • Work with NCR Hospitality Industry leadership teams to develop and deliver new business through trust and value-led relationships with the key client stakeholders responsible for business strategy and play the role of a trusted advisor
  • Develop global commerce strategies for NCR hospitality clients including leading the team performing rigorous analysis to identify potential value creating opportunities, creating the business case and developing the requirements to implement the strategy
  • Be a thought-leader in hospitality Industry challenges, trends, solutions, economics and related qualitative & quantitative aspects
  • Develop requirements to ensure that vision and recommendations translate to (and leverage) NCR assets, products and services
  • Defining high level enterprise business architectures and applying digital commerce best practices to support strategy recommendations
  • Lead client assessment portion of strategy engagements, develop cohesive conclusions and present key findings at the executive level
  • Provide strategy development and solution development to support new business activities and existing client relationships
Your qualifications
  • 15 years of professional services in management consulting with specializations in one of the following areas: consumer engagement (CX), eCommerce, digital marketing, BPO/outsourcing, business process transformation, enterprise solution architecture, or data/AI
  • Ability to develop large-scale strategy for global solutions for Fortune 500 - 1000 clients, including requirements definition and implementation
  • Minimum of 15 years working on multiple deals at the same time with experience in the Hospitality Industry
  • Minimum of 15 years of client facing experience with demonstrated experience as a pro-active leader
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree
Big plus skills
  • Core management consulting skills including: Executive & Digital Leadership Workshop facilitation, Client interviews / focus groups, Run end-to-end strategy sales cycles (origination -
solution -
close) * Experience working with & jointly going to market with strategic vendors (software/channel/technology)
  • Restaurant industry experience - corporate or in the field
