Outside Sales Representative Full-time

Generate and secure Building Material sales with new and existing customers to increase company profitability. This is a "PAY FOR PERFORMANCE" career with uncapped earning potential!!

***Book of business industry experience, practically guarantees employment!!!***


Primary job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Responsible for growing sales to achieve sales goals for current core industires and emerging industries and markets.
  • Responsible for prospecting customers to gain new accounts, retaining exsisting accounts, and increasing opportunities with existing customer.
  • Create and maintain business relationships with key decision makers.
  • Utilization of consultative selling skills.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and communicate price quotations and bids, sale terms, delivery dates, and service obligations to customers/contractors.
  • Hybrid position.
  • Experience in industry sales is plus.
  • Fastener related products/applications experience is a major plus!
  • Calculate figures and amounts (i.e., discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, etc.).
  • Utilize Microsoft Office products (i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Some college (business preferred) or equivalent in experience.
