Email Marketing Manager Full-time

The Role

The Email Marketing Manager will be an integral part of our marketing and sales focused team. They will execute email marketing strategies, informing and educating effectiveness utilizing data-driven insights. This individual will help to increase quality leads and awareness in partnership with Marketing, Sales, Business Services, and client facing teams. They have a breadth of experience developing and executing effective email campaigns, audience segmentation and analytic reporting for everything email. This individual will also own our social strategy.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Build email drip and trigger-based campaigns using Pardot and overall planning, including audience segmentation, general content of emails, timing, analysis and testing opportunities
  • Maintain and own Pardot and Salesforce reporting dashboards to show overall ROI from email channel
  • Own the end-to-end user journey, including creative ways to engage and reach clients, prospects and partners through email channel
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partner, Business Services, Client and leadership teams to ensure design, layout, and messaging is clear and concise within email channel
  • Assist with creative direction and deliverables including collateral and email copy writing
  • Manage social channels and strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
  • Monitor the competitive landscape as it pertains to email and social
Additional Functions
  • Partner with the Revenue leadership team on special projects, reporting and process improvement.
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements

Job Specifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field or equivalent years of experience
  • 2+ years using Pardot or similar tools in a marketing automation function
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience is required with a deep knowledge of email channel best practices
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of email subscriber list best practices including CAN-SPAM laws
  • Proven ability to manipulate large data sets in Excel with little to no oversight needed
  • Working knowledge of programming languages (including HTML and CSS) for email execution
  • Experience with email proofing tools
  • Working knowledge of responsive email design and industry email best practices
  • Effective, clear communicator in all formats
  • Ability to adapt and be agile as needed in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Ability to work in an autonomous environment where you can be a self-directed, independent worker
  • Ability to create an inclusive workplace where everyone feels a sense of belonging by empowering all our employees to speak up, ask questions, and be seen
Other Requirements
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must meet work from home requirements to qualify
  • Complete continuing education based upon current certifications
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Duties are primarily performed in an office environment and require sufficient personal mobility and physical capability to permit employee to function in this environment
  • Requires sitting at a desk for up to 8 hours and ability to lift to twenty (20) pounds.
