As an HR Self-Service Platform Manager, you will own and drive projects related to the build-out and ongoing maintenance of our new Content Management System (CMS). You’ll direct migration activities, develop, and maintain scaled documentation and training materials, troubleshoot platform issues, and analyze performance of scaled resources. As our platform grows, you’ll guide vendor teams on scaled platform support activities.

Additional Information:

Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in online content operations or scaled system administration.
- Experience configuring Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Experience supporting customers or HR stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to set and meet deadlines on multiple projects, dealing with ambiguous problems.
- Excellent investigative, problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to create consensus from diverse perspectives.
- Excellent influencing, collaboration, and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Own and manage core platform administration tasks, such as setting up publishing workflows, onboarding new CMS users, troubleshooting issues, and performing regular auditing of permissions and access settings to mitigate security risks.
- Lead and contribute to projects to improve teamwide operations, including team knowledge base maintenance, and content migration project planning.
- Develop and maintain core platform documentation (e.g., team knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures, CMS training and onboarding materials).
- Serve as the primary escalation point for scaled workforce assigned to platform management tasks, including user support, content migrations, and feedback operations.
- Develop and manage relationships with platform stakeholders across People Operations to ensure great project and product outcomes.
