Job Summary

Experienced, take charge professional with ability to manage project needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision. The marketing assistant should provide outstanding customer service, be an enthusiastic professional, and be able to build relationships with internal and external customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contribute and help with all marketing events.
• Process and follow up on agent orders or requests, contact vendors and agents regarding work needed or events, and pickup marketing materials, materials from vendors and items for events as needed, misc. errands in company van.
• Maintain and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
• Assist in organizing campaigns, developing marketing strategies, email marketing initiatives and maintain the e-mail marketing calendar.
• Assist in developing and deploying email campaigns including pulling and preparing lists, proofing/testing, sending, and tracking performance.
• Consistently work to improve deliverability, in-boxing, email open, and click rates.
• Assist in scheduling, posting, responding, and engaging on company social media sites.
• I would add, assist with employee engagement programs, events, etc.
• Support departmental projects as assigned, and cross train and work on marketing related projects.
• Collaborates across all departments and functional levels of the organization and adapts to the needs of the organization.

Position Requirements:

• Associate degree preferred, or equivalent experience is required.
• Bilingual is required.
• Extraordinary interpersonal and creative skills.
• Familiar with MS Office and specific competence with Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge and understanding of branding concepts, content creation, and content writing/ad copy.
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Constant Contact, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to follow up on multiple tasks.
