Position Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and value to a variety of functional areas within the office.
- Expand client base and increase profitability through the implementation of strategic marketing workflows, policies, and practices.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively and professionally in person, over the phone, and in writing with agents, carriers, supervisors, and direct reports.
- Ability to manage internal and external relationships at an executive level
- High energy, fun and creative. Self-starter with sense of urgency, inspired by ideas, but team oriented.
- Strong organizational skills effective for multitasking: goal and deadline oriented.
- Strong communications skills: Articulate ideas clearly, express self fluidly and capture others’ ideas well.
- Experience with Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word
