This is a full-time position. Days and hours vary between weekday, weeknight, and weekend hours as necessary
Travel
Occasional travel is required to support team in other areas.
This position will be expected to visit communities to familiarize themselves with the product and what each community USP is.
Required Education and Experience
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent / Bachelor's Degree preferred
Previous sales experience desired

Essential Functions
- Respond to all email, phone and text leads immediately
- Qualify each lead based on needs
- Provide consistent follow-up to online leads with the goal of setting an appointment with the New Home Sales Consultants, Vision Lending team, and Design Studio.
- Provide information and marketing materials to leads, along with other important selling points of each community
- Work with each lead to determine best community and floor plan
- Utilize CRM on a daily basis
- Track and report on lead activity and sales conversion ratios
- Train New Home Sales Consultants on CRM, hand off process, etc. as needed
- Manage accurate and updated website and MLS listings
