Heavy Equipment Operator - Civil Construction
at 274 Construction Group, Inc. North Carolina in North Carolina (Published at 23-10-2022)
274 Construction Group is currently seeking “Heavy Equipment Operators” for our Civil Construction efforts in southeastern NC.
Primary responsibilities:
Maintain a safe work environment and abide by corporate policies.
Work with a crew productively while creating a healthy culture.
Read plans with elevations and utilities.
Make calculations of elevations and grades.
Operate technically guided equipment.
Requirements
General knowledge of math, including calculating the percent slope of gravity fed pipe.
Great work ethic.
Reliable and trustworthy with valid NC Driver’s license.
At least 4-years’ experience grading for utility work.
General knowledge of trench shoring methods
Benefits
Competitive hourly wage $20/hr-$30/hr (depending on experience and skill set)
