Account Executive, Southeast (Tech Consulting) Full-time

As an RDA Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and expanding business within the Southeast territory, targeting (but not limited to) the B2B Manufacturing, Distribution, and Retail industries. This is a regular W2 employment position which will provide the ability to work from your home office in Georgia (GA) or Florida (FL). Position will require approximately 25% road/travel time.

Account Executive Responsibilities:
  • Specialize in sales of Advisory, Software Design & Build and Optimization Services in the areas of Digital Experience, Commerce, Content Lifecycle Management, Customer 360, Enterprise Modernization, and Marketing Automation solutions. RDA solutions utilize leading SaaS platforms including Microsoft, Sitecore, Optimizely, Salesforce, UiPath, and Coveo.
  • Primarily drive new customer acquisition while also managing and strategically leading existing customer accounts (primarily commercial) in assigned Southeast territory
  • Leverage consultative sales skills and account-based marketing strategies with C-level Executives and Directors/Managers of Marketing and IT, especially within Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail and Financial Services verticals.
  • Seek and utilize knowledge around Marketing and IT Technology platforms and services to provide field insight, analyze customer requirements, and propose solutions that grow revenue and improve margins across our customers’ businesses
  • Work collaboratively with other Account Executives as well as dedicated Marketing, Business Development and Digital Engineer teams on campaign strategies, partner vendor relationships and pre-sales assistance; participate in trade shows and partner conferences as needed.
  • Managed the full spectrum of the customer relationship, from lead identification, qualification, presentation, proposals, negotiation and, closing business; Support our Customer Service Program to achieve ongoing value and ROI for our customers.
  • Develop annual business plan with account strategies and leverage sales tools (Microsoft CRM, Zoom Info, LinkedIn Navigator, etc.) to ensure successful target achievement and company growth.
  • Position reports directly to Chief Revenue Officer.
Account Executive Qualifications:
  • 5 years’+ experience selling technology consulting and professional services
  • Strong track record of successful achievement of past sales quotas and exceptional communication skills required
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% (on the road and/or overnights for client and partner meetings, and sponsored events)
  • Experience with design and build software projects and familiarity with RDA SaaS platforms helpful (Microsoft, DXP/Sitecore, etc)
  • US Citizenship or US permanent residency required.
