Sherpa is growing and looking to add to our team. We're currently seeking goal-oriented, competitive and ambitious individuals to join our Financial & Project Consulting team.
As an Account Executive, you will be instrumental in growing market revenue through new business development, expansion of existing client relationships and oversight of consulting engagements. As an Account Executive, you will have the excitement of building and owning a client portfolio while partnering with other teammates to achieve sales and business objectives.

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with current and prospective consultants
- Develop a community presence by networking with local leaders and associations
- Fosters cross-functional collaboration to deliver the best of Sherpa to clients and drive continuous improvement in the services and solutions we bring to the marketplace
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- Proven experience in business development or accounting/finance experience with and strong personality and aptitude for sales
- Experience selling professional services
- Strong capacity for networking and generating lasting business relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sense of urgency creating and achieving goals
