Your responsibilities:
- Execute and adapt the global HR strategy in the local markets including initiating and managing the development of HR department business plans, objectives and budget
- Together with the HR team develop HR initiatives, approaches, policies and procedures to achieve alignment among all functions
- Initiate and manage the completion of HR Department projects and tasks including Resource Planning & Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Engagement, Compensation & Benefits, Personnel Policies and Procedures, Employer Branding, Health and Safety, Performance Management, HR Analytics & Statistics and Administration
- Analyze and understand the business and local labour market trends to recognize success factors and develop areas for improvement
- Develop and oversee recruitment strategy to attract quality talent with a focus on gaming operations, management and administration as well as develop strategical and tactical action plans to reduce turnover and increase LOS
- Develop and implement tactics to drive positioning as an employer of choice in the local markets together with the global and local Employer Branding teams
- Create and drive employee relations, retention and reward programs
- Develop, coordinate and guide HR and recruitment projects across the potential new locations during the research and launch stage
- Lead third-party negotiations with external partners to secure optimal collaboration with these parties
- Support the development and mentorship of your HR team members
- Adhere to immigration paperwork for intra-company transfers and employment and regulatory concerns

- Higher academic or professional education in Human Resources
- Proven experience as an HR leader
- Experience in developing and leading HR operational excellence preferably in high-growth environments
- Experience in building HR operations from scratch is a merit
- Experience with talent acquisition and a combination of mass recruitment in combination with specialist and managerial recruitment
- Experience in coaching people at all levels as well as excellence in stakeholder management
- Experience in working with and understanding the business - business acumen
- Have the ability to understand and manage differences in a multicultural working environment
- Experience in reporting and employment Legal knowledge in US and Canadian employment law
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and ATS systems
