Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated commercial construction project manager. The company is offering competitive pay and benefits. The candidate must be able to multi-task while maintaining strong attention to detail. Our ideal candidate is an energetic, motivated self-starter with proven experience in Commercial ground up construction.

Compensation range is 90-110k plus bonuses per year (based on experience)

Scedule: Full time Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:

• Proficient computer skills including Excel, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and various work-related applications. Bluebeam, Sage, Primavera P6 would all be an asset.
• Blueprint reading and software assisted take-offs.
• Prepare material and labor cost estimates for large and small commercial projects.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn in an evolving industry.
• Full time schedule
• Good tenure at previous employment
• Project List will be an asset

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's and/or equivalent related work experience in commercial construction preferred.
