As a full time, exempt Senior Accountant with CPS Solutions, LLC, you will play an important role in accounting operations, financial reporting, accounting systems, and financial controls. The individual's responsibilities will play a key role in the monthly close process to issue timely (monthly, quarterly, annual) and complete financial statements in accordance with GAAP, as well as monitoring and assessing on-going internal processes to push for efficiency, automation and accuracy of financial management and financial systems.

Schedule: This position is scheduled to work at least 40 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday, day shift with occasional evenings and weekends based upon business needs.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or closely related field
  • 4+ years of accounting work experience
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft office programs; Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook and Teams
  • Demonstrated time and organizational management skills
  • Exceptional critical thinking capabilities
  • Experience working with highly experienced and educated professional staff
  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) with internal and external clients
