Job Description:
Provide information technology support services to organizations at Robins Air Force Base complex, supporting both unclassified and classified networks.
Position Requirements:
- Active or recent DoD SECRET clearance
- Associate degree or higher in an IT-related field
- Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office, Windows, and SQL
- Minimum 3 years (5+ desired) of experience in IT customer support role
- Prior experience working onsite supporting Air Force networks (desired)
- Provide IT help desk support to organization members
- Manage and upgrade organization computers to current configurations
- Manage distribution lists, security groups, and software licenses
- Maintain and troubleshoot computers and network hardware/software
- Provide support for local servers and networks in a classified environment
- Provide development support as needed for user applications
- Other duties as required to support customer IT operations
