At FLEXSPACE and FlexCold, we partner with organizations who are looking for a new approach to challenging business scenarios. Whether it’s the development, design, and/or management of a cold storage or industrial warehouse or seeking a new, modern, and personal cold storage experience with the temperature-controlled inventory, we provide a decidedly different approach to our clients’ business needs.
We are searching for an engaging, thoughtful, creative marketing and communications leader to partner with our sales organizations to share our story with key vertical markets. Through Account Based Marketing (ABM) activities, campaigns, events, digital programs, collateral development, and emerging opportunities to enhance our visibility and grow our prospect community.
Responsibilities include:
Help shape the FLEXSPACE narrative in the venture capital, startup/entrepreneur, cold storage, industrial storage communities
Help shape the FlexCold narrative in specific geographies within key vertical market groups
Work alongside FLEXSPACE and FlexCold sales in the development of ABM activities to identify and build growth opportunities
Oversee creation of key strategic deliverables including campaign development, supporting collateral, ongoing event strategy, marketing engagement tactics
Manage tradeshow and event strategies, business development goals, and event coordination
Contribute to social media and digital programs as they relate to marketing campaign strategies
Contribute to and help manage internal communications
Track industry trends, news, monitoring for mentions of our competitors, clients and FLEXSPACE/FlexCold
Role requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing-related field
5 years of marketing program management; working directly with a sales organization; experience developing, managing, and reporting results of campaigns; and a proven track record of exceeding sales and business expectations.
Deep understanding of the cold storage market and/or a passion for industrial marketing
Experience in project management, communication strategies, use of a variety of digital tools such as video, email, social in campaign strategies.
