Qualifications
- Prefer 3+ years' estimating and project management experience in commercial ground-up projects.
- Self-driven and thrive when you have the autonomy to successfully run your projects with the support of a highly experienced Superintendent team.
- You love working on a wide variety of projects here in Middle Tennessee where you're able to help better build projects and not simply build to plans.
- Strong relationship builder that's equally effective communicating with an owner, architect, or a tradesman.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and experienced with one or more scheduling/estimating software programs.
- You'll be actively involved in all aspects of projects from pre-project design, planning, and budgeting to fully engaged in the building process from working with the design team and subcontractors to project close-out and warranty.
- Effectively manage projects and support our highly experienced Superintendents to allow them to focus on the day-to-day on-site operations.
- Help mentor and coordinate training and development of assigned Project Engineers.
