Redwood Strategy Group, Inc. (RSG) has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Oracle Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME)/Help Desk Analyst to join their team. This position will triage incident tickets submitted through ServiceNow to help resolve functional issues the client is experiencing in their Oracle based financial system, Financial Systems Modernization Solution (FSMS). In addition, the Oracle Functional SME/Help Desk Analyst will report weekly metrics, provide Procure to Pay (P2P) process area SME and training back-up, and assist with creating new lines of accounting in the FSMS system for the client.

Location: Position is remote but must be available to meet in person as needed. Preferred candidate location Virginia, Washington, D.C., Maryland area.

The Oracle Functional SME/Help Desk Analyst?s responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Creating, updating training materials, including job aids and quick reference guides
• Managing and maintain Line of Accounting tool
• Initiates, supervises, and/or develops requirements from a project?s inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs;
• Provides strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff;
• Provides detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues.

The successful candidate for this role will possess:

• Previous Oracle based financial system experience
• Understand the procure-to-pay process
• Will have worked in a help desk environment
• Experience conducting training
• Understanding of TSA financial execution process
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and projects with Strong, verbal, written, analytical, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science, Commerce, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications;
• 5-8 years of experience including Oracle Federal Financials R12 and R11i implementation/support, testing and development of training documentation and materials.
• Practical experience with Oracle iProcurement, Contract Lifecycle Management CLM, Accounts Payable in R12 environment
• Knowledgeable about Government Purchase Card program and federal financial execution processes

• Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Public Trust clearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
