Manufacturing Engineer

Qualifications ?

Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year College or university in mechanical engineering, science or technical discipline required; and two years related experience; or equivalent combination of educations and experience.

Preferred Knowledge or Experience ?

• Related Medical Device experience
• ISO 13485, ISO, and other regulated industry requirements
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment
• CAD and/or SolidWorks

What you will be responsible for: Hands-on responsibility to assist / lead engineering activities associated with the manufacturing of Silicone Medical Devices by adhering to all regulated industry requirements.

How you will contribute:

• Design and development of manufacturing processes from concept to finish following all Process Design Control procedures.
• Design, validate, and implement tooling and fixtures for assembly and inspection purposes.
• Complete product line transfers as required.
• Recommend process improvements including machinery, equipment, process flow, etc.
• Take an active role in the CAPA and NCR processes.
• Actively participate in the design, installation, modification, troubleshoot production cells.
• Complete all associate documentation such as BOM, SUPs, SOPs, WSs and routers for the product lines.
• Complete the validation IQs, OQs and PQs.
• Collaborate with internal team members as well as external customers, vendors, and suppliers.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
