Marissa Collections is looking to add a Sales Manager to our team of talented, client-focused individuals to our location in Palm Beach. .

This individual will have the following essential duties:

• Maintains a strong floor presence to drive selling efforts, modeling service behaviors to reinforce the service imperative and ensure consistent adherence to the service standards
• Actively seeks input from customers to ensure consistent adherence to service standards
• Acts as leader and motivator to the sales team by modeling, training, coaching and rewarding selling behaviors
• Attend styling meetings at least twice per week
• Assist with closing twice a week
• Maintains focus on driving sales, setting work pace and delivering on store goals
• Monitor and update Senior Management on sell-throughs and goal reaching
• Actively participate in brand buying
• Teaching and assisting sales team on the Special-Order processes, brands available for special ordering and MC policies for special orders
• Assist stylists with customers in the dressing rooms

A qualified candidate will:

• 3+ years experience in Sales Management position
• Jewelry experience preferred
• Experience in luxury fashion highly valued
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, mobile, tablet and digital technologies
• Strong sense of professionalism, planning, and discretion required
• Bachelor?s degree preferred
• Availability for travel and varied hours, including weekends

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
