POSITION SUMMARY:
The Employment Coach provides quality support for individuals with disabilities at their community-based job. By helping to create and promote strong work systems, the goal is to help the participant become as independent as possible.

• While our office is located in Milford, this position works at various job sites throughout Sussex County.
• You will need the availability of at least 40 hours per week for this position, working at least 30 hours per week out of your availability given. Either 2 full weekends per month or any 4 weekend days per month required for all positions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred (four year college or technical school)
• 1 plus years of experience in Education, Social Services or Business preferred
• Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Possess valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Must have access to an automobile and internet access at home.
• Able to pass all required background checks.
• Must be fully vaccinated or in the process of getting fully vaccinated.

COVID-19 considerations:
We do have vaccination requirements and still currently requiring coaching staff to wear masks when working with participants. We do provide any needed PPE for staff.
