Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the Medical Pharma Solutions (MPS) Division. This role will engage in a diverse and variable scope of responsibilities and experiences with the immediate focus on providing accurate and timely financial reporting and analyses enabling stakeholders to make better business decisions. This position offers the opportunity to gain knowledge of Phillips-Medisize, including our parent company Molex, and to work with various stakeholders in our business. The knowledge and experience provided by this position create an excellent platform for career growth.

The preferred location for this position is in Hudson, WI where the Division headquarters is located. Flexibility is offered, where necessary.

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Create financial analyses that are valued by the business, provide new insights, and drive profitable growth
• Develop deep and lasting relationships with key business leaders and decision makers
• Provide forecast and analysis support to the Operations Finance team
• Engage with leadership regarding the economic and strategic implications of key decisions
• Analyze monthly profit by segment, product, customer, and the effectiveness of related costs
• Analyze global operations through cost variances and plant metrics
• Engage with our business leaders to fully understand product mix, profitability, and manufacturing processes
• Support the Research & Analytics team and the increasing prevalence of analytics that drive decision making
• Work across various finance and operational capabilities to share best practices and improve operating performance
• Support strategic planning for new markets, capabilities, and footprint

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

• Bachelor?s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline
• Experience in accounting or finance
• Ability to travel up to 10% to other Phillips Medisize or Molex locations
• This role is not eligible for VISA sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead

• Manufacturing or healthcare experience
• SAP experience
• Financial analysis experience in a large global corporation
