Job Description:

1. Daily patrol operation - ensure the operation goes smooth and staffing of each department, Make appropriate adjustments if necessary.

2. Perform all aspects of work and cultivate management personnel required by the management, and perform other duties required by the management.

3. Collect guest feedback and design optimization plan, quantify guest?s feedback for analysis.

4. Supervise service quality, operation efficiency, guest satisfaction, standard compliance, and service and financial measurement.

5. Manage the daily quality process of the hotel to achieve guest satisfaction, improve operation efficiency, reduce expenses, and maximize revenue.

6. Ensure that the facilities comply with government and other regulatory laws and guidelines, such as OSHA and Cal-OSHA.

7. After-work emergency call follow-up and handling required.

Requirements:

1. Be able to effectively communicate with employees and guests at all levels with care, friendliness, politeness, and service, and be able to understand their needs.

2. Be able to multi-tasking and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines. Good in time management, logical thinking, and problem-solving. Be able to have strong executive ability and the ability to lead a team to accomplish tasks.

3. Must be able to travel occasionally according to the needs of the company.

4. Understand the use of basic functions of Windows OS, MS Office, PMS, PBX, key system and POS.

5. Proficient in Chinese and English.

6. Professional in Hotel management, with at least 5 years of hotel management experience and service industry.
