IT Process Owner

IT Process Owner
Work Location:
- Fully Remote - U.S.
Position:
You would be responsible for building and managing value-driven outcomes with strategic partners that support Core Technology. You will collaborate to provide thought leadership, and create and own the roadmap for Request Management process. Identify and create process efficiencies for Incident Management, Knowledge Centered Services and Request Management. Your responsibilities include, develop, document, train and enforce new and existing processes.
Core Responsibilities:
- Define Request Management roadmap and execute on its adoption (Process Owner)
- Identify and implement process improvements across Incident, Request and Knowledge (Process Improvement)
- Provide thought leadership on development of Knowledge Centered Services (KCS)
- Implement solutions and work with various levels of management
- Measure value of new processes and adjust as necessary

- ITIL V3 or V4 certified
- 8-10 years experience in Enterprise Service Management
- strong relationship management

- ServiceNOW experience a plus
