Implementation Specialist (isolved/HRIS)

We are looking to add an Implementation Specialist to join our fast growing team! The Implementation Specialist will reach out to new clients to gather all the necessary documents and collect all of the data to successfully onboard the client. This individual will need to be highly organized and have strong customer service skills.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:
- Completes and gathers all necessary data to Onboard new clients.
- Ability to configure Payroll/Time and Attendance platforms to specific individual client needs and ensures the overall integrity of the data. This is not a primary function, but over time and with training this position will provide backup and will be a SME on both systems.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on schedule and setting expectations with the client for milestones that are at risk of not being met. While offering the highest level of customer service, maintain proactive and regular communication with clients, using collaboration tools, email and facilitating conference calls.
- Inform, educate and problem solve with clients to help them understand what they will be getting and the nature of their responsibilities. Help clients improve their business through collaborative efforts of continuous improvement. Respond promptly and consistently to changing customer needs and circumstances and be highly responsive to client communications.
- Manage project by ensuring that changes are documented and approved by management, proactively identifying factors that might lead to missed deadlines, poor quality and/or unmet expectations.
- Leads and conducts end-user training on Payroll/Time and Attendance platforms.
- Executes project timelines and communicates progress updates to management.
- Assists with project oversight from design through implementation including identifying, tracking, monitoring and communicating project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that occur during the course of projects. Monitors project work to ensure that progress is maintained within expected guidelines and is completed on a timely basis.
- Creates test scenarios and assists project team members in performing tests to ensure all processes work according to predetermined goals.
- Stay current on release updates and new modules. Setup and maintain configuration & end user guides and conduct internal training to fellow team members if applicable.
- Other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
Qualifications:
· One year of working within an HRIS system, preferably in a multi-state environment.
· Experience with isolved is a big plus, but not required.
· Previous payroll experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Strong work ethic, team player, high degree of professionalism, and ability to deal sensitively with confidential information.
- Ability to identify key stakeholders, communicate effectively and successfully influence without authority.
- Organizational, multitasking and prioritizing skills.
- A general understanding of payroll administration and Federal/State labor laws including FLSA/FLSA fact sheets and state specific wage & hour law resources.
- Some travel to company HQ in Colorado Springs 2-3 times per year.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,500.00 - $67,500.00 per year
