Description
Phillips-Medisize LLC is growing and has an immediate opening for our Paint Technician role at our Medford, WI facility. Paint Technicians create value by setting up, monitoring, troubleshooting, and adjusting all paint-related processes and equipment to ensure efficient operation and high quality parts.
Shift: 2nd (3pm-11pm) Mon-Fri + 8% Shift Premium
Sign-On Bonus: You may be eligible to receive a taxable bonus in an amount up $5,000
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Set-up all paint equipment for production runs
- Monitor and troubleshoot paint processes
- Make necessary adjustments to equipment to insure maximum productivity while meeting quality standards
- Perform basic preventive maintenance, including cleaning on all paint equipment
- Maintain all associated recordkeeping (production records, quality charts, parameter sheets, etc.)
- Provide direction and training to Operators assigned to the paint operation
- Must be able to work with paints and solvents
- Clean and maintain paint equipment
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience using a computer for data entry
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience working with painting equipment in an industrial environment
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing equipment or machines
This position does not qualify for VISA sponsorship.
