We are seeking a Field Representative for the Southwest Greenville to Anderson area. Our market client is Spectrum. This full time with benefits position is mostly outdoor work, and requires use of a personally owned vehicle (we pay full mileage reimbursement).

Our client issues daily accounts that are past due and scheduled to be closed. Our Field Representatives conduct phone calling and field visits to client customer locations to attempt to sell them on keeping their accounts active, bringing accounts current and restoring services. If no contact is made, we leave a door notice at the account address for the customer to call our call center.

In the role of Field Representative, the individual will be responsible for:

• Calling issued account to attempt payment recovery and/or setting appointment to recover payment.
• Daily documentation of activity.
• Customer site visits for collection attempts and providing door notices.
• Proper recording of activity in Company and Client software platforms.

The candidate we are seeking will be or have:

• A clean criminal background, drug free, and possessing a good driving record.
• Must have a personally owned, registered, and insured fuel efficient vehicle to use in this position.
• Sales or collection or route driver or cable installer or customer service or other public facing experience is helpful.
• Experience in telemarketing or customer service, with excellent phone skills and/or door to door sales is a plus.
• Competency with cellphones and tablets
• Energy and a desire to be successful.
• Detail oriented and very reliable.
• Bilingual English /Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Physically capable of extended driving, walking, and lifting, up to 50 lbs.
• Be of high character and professional. Working within Company/Client standards and respectfully with all employees and Client customers.
• Able to work a schedule into early evening.
• The position is a 6 day per week, MON-SAT position, reporting to our Mauldin, SC office.
• Ideally reside in Greenville or Simpsonville to Anderson Area.

Vozzcom offers:

• A base hourly rate and additional commission/bonus structure. Expected earnings $850.00+ weekly.
