Southwark Metal Manufacturing in Fremont is hiring a full-time, qualified, hands-on, motivated Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift!
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience, knowledge of Sheet Metal products for HVAC, and experience using Coil Line, Plasma, Brakes, Shears, and Spiral machines.
Expectations & Responsibilities:
- Supervises, assigns, and coordinates the work activities of subordinates on the production floor.
- Interprets company policy to workers and enforces safety regulations.
- Ability to assist in the fabrication of sheet metal products.
- Ability to operate equipment in the sheet metal fabrication industry.
