Join our growing company at Frontier Derm Partners! We are now recruiting for Lead Certified Professional Coder to oversee and lead our Charge Claim Edit team to ensure compliance and correct coding of multiple dermatology practices.

Some duties include:

• Supervising 5+ charge claim team members, including PTO requests, training, coaching, simple corrective conversations, and maintaining team morale.
• Ongoing training of new hires, providers, MA staff, and being a resource for the billing team.
• Perform auditing, tracking of data, tasks, and regular reporting of production to manager.
• Our RCM CPC Lead must possess exceptional customer service skills, be highly organized, and very detail oriented.
• Must possess a high level of online computer skills; experience with EMR (NextGen) is a plus
• This position can be done remotely in Oregon or Washington, and is Monday ? Friday, 8:00am ? 5:00pm
