Overview:
The Financial System Administrator (FSA) is responsible for effective security, installation/configuration, monitoring, operation, and maintenance of financial systems software and related integration.
Responsibilities:- Monitor support tickets
- Participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the finance infrastructure
- Ensure system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff and attorneys to work in an effective and efficient manner
- Assist project teams with technical issues including the definition of needs, benefits, and technical strategy; research & development within the project life-cycle; technical analysis and design; and support of operations staff in executing, testing, and rolling-out the solutions
- Accountable for Windows systems that support Finance infrastructure and cost recovery; Responsibilities on these systems include engineering, operations and support, maintenance and research, and development to ensure continual innovation
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance or related field preferred
- Minimum of four (4) years of system administration or related experience
- Systems Administration/Systems Engineer certification in Microsoft preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft SQL queries and SQL management studio
- Elite 3E or legal system administration preferred
