What you will do

As the global leader in smart, healthy and sustainable buildings, our mission is to reimagine the performance of buildings to serve people, places and the planet.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing test strategies along with test cases to ensure that quality exists in the products we deliver.

How You will do it

• Work with others to develop test strategies and test plans.

• They will report the progress of the project, as provide project level specifics for programs.

• You will be leading the project by working with your team members on areas they are to work on.

• You will be reporting on the status of your progress and impediments and forecasted completion dates.

• Obtain, setup and maintain test environments for validating quality exists within our products

• Execute functional, integration, or system related tests while monitoring the progress of the project.

• Prioritizing the work to accomplish the demanding changes to adhere to list of milestones, check points and measurable criteria to check the quality on a timely basis

• Ensure daily/weekly/monthly reports are sent to all stakeholders

• Provide technical assistance to other areas such as Manufacturing, Marketing and Quality Assurance

• Maintain a high technical proficiency that meets rapidly changing technologies and skill requirements

What we look for

Required

• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience required

• 2+ years of experience with testing

• Programming experience in Java, Selenium, Python, VScript, or other types of automation framework languages

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Where legally permissible, if hired, candidate is required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 no later than his/her start date, unless candidate has a valid medical condition or sincerely held religious belief precluding the individual from receiving the vaccine.
