Shop Laborer/Media Blast and Paint Assistant

Position (SHL): Shop Laborer/Media Blast and Paint Assistant
Pay: $18-21/hr. depending on experience. Eligible for first wage increase at initial review at 45 days.
**$300-400 MONTHLY ATTENDANCE BONUS (when requirements are met)**
Work Schedule: 40-55 hr./week depending on work load, Monday-Saturday
Travel Requirements: No
Benefits (after probation period): Medical/dental/vision/life insurance. Vacation, holiday and sick pay. Monthly attendance, performance bonuses and 401k.
Miscellaneous: Plenty of room for advancement-growth.
Job Duties:
1. Fabrication shop labor
2. Media Blast (Steel Shot) large industrial fabrications
3. Shop cleaning (sweeping, cleaning shop restrooms and breakrooms, etc.)
4. Local miscellaneous pick-ups
General Requirements:
1. Pass pre-employment and random drug tests
2. Driver?s License
3. Frequent standing, sitting, stooping, kneeling and bending
4. Lift a minimum of 50 lbs
5. Team Player-Communicates well with others-Good work attitude
6. Educational: GED or high school diploma
7. Basic computer/tablet knowledge
8. Dependable
9. OSHA 10 Hour
Technical Requirements:
Beneficial Attributes:
Experience with cranes / tow motors, hand power tools
