Insurance Customer Service Associate

CMS Insurance Agency is an independent insurance agency that represents 9 insurance carriers. We offer many lines of insurance including commercial, personal, life, long term care and disability. Our office is growing and we are looking to add a customer service associate.
Insurance Customer Service Associate Duties:
- Customer interaction - gather underwriting info, claims info, and processing customer requests
- Company interaction - process change requests, research billing issues, claims processing, and renewal tracking
- Internal office processes - agent communication, customer letters, agency activity, documentation of policy changes
Insurance Customer Service Associate Requirements:
- One year of experience in insurance customer service
- Work hours 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Positively engage customers via phone and in person

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
