JGM has a full-time position available for a marketing coordinator to work in our Los Angeles HQ.

General Role Description

Coordinate marketing efforts for Business Development & Sales. This includes developing, producing, coordinating, and implementing various internal and external marketing-related deliverables and services. This position requires a personable individual who can assist the business development and sales teams in presenting JGM services compellingly and innovatively. The person must have strong organizational skills, be energetic, and have professional writing and graphic presentation competencies. This position Reports to the Director of Business Development and has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the proposal development process
  • Writing proposals
  • Developing marketing materials and content
  • Leading proposal kickoff meetings and interview preparation
  • Offering input and guidance on project and team selection for proposal pursuits
  • Assist in customizing, implementing, and evolving the Marketing Program
  • Develop/implement and manage a Client Relationship Management (CRM) database
  • Identifying key publications and award submissions
  • Coordinating business development calls and providing appropriate reports
  • Managing client feedback and satisfaction surveys
  • Coordinate production of company graphic needs such as business cards, apparel, Personal Protective Equipment, Logo, gifts, etc.
  • Coordinate and implement company events such as parties, employee team builders, and client events
  • Participate in a weekly BD & Marketing Meeting
  • Proactive upkeep of the Proposal Database
  • Maintenance of the Win-Loss Report and tracking of the De-Brief Process

Travel will be required.
QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate must have a combination of education and/or experience totaling six years of relevant experience.
Any of the following is acceptable:

  • Bachelor?s degree in marketing, business, journalism, communication arts, public relations, engineering, English, or related discipline plus two years of experience
  • Associate degree in marketing, business, journalism, communication arts, public relations, engineering, English, or related discipline plus four years of experience
  • No degree plus six years of experience

The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following:

  • Leading proposals, interviews, and strategic direction within the A/E/C industry
  • Quality assurance and quality control of marketing materials/technical documents
  • Adobe Create Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • CRM databases (HubSpot preferred)
  • Working with multiple teams at once while managing tight deadlines
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Writing documents using AP style guidelines and grammar.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

COVID-19 considerations:
JGM has a policy of mandatory Covid 19 vaccination within 90 days of hire. Regular testing will commence until the employee is fully vaccinated. You will be asked to provide proof of vaccination and wear a mask when in the building or on site.
