Shift time: 12 pm - 09 pm and 03 pm to 11 pm
Job description:
LOOKING FOR A CANDIDATE WHO CAN TAKE INBOUND CALLS IN A CALL CENTER ENVIRONMENT.
Qualification / Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Contact Centre/Voice Operations handling customers
- Effective Probing and Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Customer service experience is desirable
- Understand and solve customers' queries.
- Phone etiquettes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
