We are hiring Branch Manager $2495 Flat Fee

Close as many loans as you want.

Work on wholesale channel or correspondent for a flat fee.

Obsidian Financial Services is seeking entrepreneurs who would like to experience true mortgage lending and work as a wholesale channel as well. Through the OFS Branch Manager Program, you will manage the daily operations for an Obsidian branch, completing tasks such as branch accounting, payroll, ordering the warehouse report, hiring staff, and making decisions that will affect the daily operation of your branch.

You will manage 5 to 50 loan officers, along with support staff, as a manager you will have the ability to order wires, hire processors, and close loans.

This position will require you to have at least 3 to 5 years mortgage banking and management experience and enterprising spirit that will bring your team to the next level.

You will be responsible for a warehouse line ranging from $5 million to $10 million for your branch with the ability to fund up to the same amount.

If you can NOT meet these requirements than this position is not for you. You are going to operate as a true correspondent lender and experience all the responsibilities that come with it.

· Checking account is setup so check come directly from title to you. You will be in full control of the funds for payroll, bills, and everyday money.

· Make money off your loan officer, set your margin to what you want to make.

· Allow your loan officer to work without a comp plan. Let your loan officer?s make 4% compensation, and you make money off them making that high of a compensation.

Processing, and Accounting, you can use Corporate or DIY. Pay: $226,000.00 - $597,349.00 per year
