We are a start-up provider led boutique staffing firm specializing in personalized, tailored service for Locum Tenens Physicians and Nurse Practitioners centered around the Psychiatry and Family Practice specialties. The founder and CEO is a psychiatrist who works as a Locum Tenens, so understands first-hand the needs of the providers and clients. We are experiencing extreme growth and looking for a self-motivated and driven Physician Liaisons that have a passion for building relationships and an unruly desire to do good.

How can YOU be successful?

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who is driven and can serve as the hub for all client initiatives; manage and develop existing client relationships, as well as establishing new strategic partnerships, leading to increased revenue. You will maintain in-depth knowledge of the facility, respond to client questions and concerns, negotiate contracts and obtain job openings. We are looking for individuals that can cultivate relationships and do it with honesty and integrity as we strive to transform the locum tenens landscape. You will be responsible for presenting candidate resumes and securing interviews between the provider and clients. We will look to you to fill the deals pipeline by taking a consultative approach to the staffing needs of the facilities and becoming a true strategic partner. To be uber successful in this role, you will have incredible communication and interpersonal skills and a strong desire to exceed your sales goals.

  • Continually build knowledge of and deployment of account management best practices
  • Build key accounts into strategic partners, and drive sustaining revenue and growth within the accounts
  • Business and account development, including professional networking, generating sales leads and cold-calling prospective clients
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the customers' strategic initiatives and proactively work with them on framing business objectives
  • Identify new opportunities with hospitals by working with the physician liaisons to premarket potential locum tenens providers.
  • Maintain awareness of industry best practices and business trends to develop a strong business aptitude for a consultative approach with clients
  • Ability to understand the unique needs and/or pain points of the potential client and effectively communicate the value proposition.
  • Coordinate and schedule online and onsite meetings of key decision-makers
  • Develop prospect account strategy and plan
  • Understand the importance of data and how it impacts the success of the company. Use and maintain data within the CRM to create opportunities, develop strategy and tactics, monitor progress of accounts and adjust direction to maximize performance.
  • Track record demonstrating strong ?closing? skills and revenue growth
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to the company leadership team and other company functions
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing contracts and deals
  • Ability to consult with internal and external customers
  • To develop strong, meaningful connections with decision makers and key stakeholders
  • Conduct your job with honesty and integrity
  • Personally motivated, hardworking, focused and dedicated.
  • Demonstrated capacity for understanding relationship building strategies and objectives.
  • Bachelor?s degree with 5+ years of account management experience or experience in a clinical setting (ie. hospital human resources, nurse, social worker)
  • Experience in the psychiatry field is highly preferred.
