Commercial Real Estate Leasing Agent

RB Properties Inc., a prominent name in Washington DC commercial real estate, has an excellent opportunity for a qualified Commercial Real Estate Leasing Agent for our portfolio of half a million square-feet, consisting of 6 office buildings and one 28-unit apartment building. Primary responsibilities are:
- Drive all leasing activities for the portfolio from start to finish including identifying prospects, touring prospects, responding to RFP's, drafting letters of intent, spearheading lease negotiation efforts, managing required transaction consents, etc.
- Marketing properties and advertising vacancies
- Respond to all inquiries on available office, retail and apartment space
- Updating multi-listing platforms and leasing websites
- Lead property tours with prospective clients and brokers
- Establish and manage key relationships with tenants, consultants, brokers, and economic development agencies engaged in the industry
- Confirming spaces are in good condition
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of commercial real estate experience; knowledge of market conditions; high level negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) for professional interaction with prospective tenants; and excellent computer skills (Smart Draw, Word, Excel, Publisher).
