We're looking for a Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our successful high paced insurance agency in Weston, FL. Our agency provides a competitive base salary, benefits, and additional incentives. We also offer paid training, career development and opportunities for growth in the insurance field.
At least 1 year of prior property and casualty insurance experience is required.
What you?ll do:
- Assist current customers with policy questions, endorsements, and payments
- Conduct welcome calls for new onboarding customers
- Cross-sell additional products and services
- Provide customers assistance and guidance throughout the claims process
- Ensure a positive customer experience by providing our customers outstanding customer service
- Conduct annual insurance reviews for our existing customers
- Contact customers in danger of cancellation or at risk of losing important policy discounts
What you?ll need:
- MUST HAVE 1 year of prior insurance experience. All other candidates will not be considered.
- 4-40 Insurance License is required, 2-20 preferred
- Upbeat, positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn and must be coachable
- Team player who works well with others but can also work well independently
- Strong organizational skills are a must
- Able to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
- Excellent verbal & written communication/interpersonal skills
- Must be Bilingual, English/Spanish
Schedule
- 8 Hour Work Day
- Monday - Friday
- No Nights
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $33,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
