Accounting Assistant Full-time

Mountain Lake Lodge is seeking an Accounting Assistant to help provide support to our Finance department. This is a full-time position with benefits. Pay will be based on experience. Experience using QuickBooks will be helpful but is not necessary. We are willing to train the right person!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phone, processing mail, etc.
  • Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
  • Support duties related to accounts payable.
  • Maintain Lost & Found items.
  • Accurately assist with monthly inventory. Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and accurately recorded.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer skills; experience with accouting software.
  • Experience with QuickBooks, preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
