Accounting Assistant

Mountain Lake Lodge is seeking an Accounting Assistant to help provide support to our Finance department. This is a full-time position with benefits. Pay will be based on experience. Experience using QuickBooks will be helpful but is not necessary. We are willing to train the right person!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phone, processing mail, etc.
- Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
- Support duties related to accounts payable.
- Maintain Lost & Found items.
- Accurately assist with monthly inventory. Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and accurately recorded.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills; experience with accouting software.
- Experience with QuickBooks, preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
