This position works to successfully source healthcare workers and providers, working remotely on on our team. The role of a Clinical Sourcing Specialist is to mine various medias for healthcare candidates who are interested in learning more about ScionHealth hospitals and warm pass them to a clinical recruiter. This role must be able to move at a very fast pace, have a high ability to organize and prioritize based on a rapidly changing environment. This position has potential to move into a clinical recruiter role based on performance and availability.

Experience

Preferred
  • ? The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience sourcing and OR recruiting clinical professionals OR significant, broad experience in a clinical profession sufficient to evaluate candidates evaluate candidates qualifications and make effective sourcing recommendations to the clinical recrutier. ? Experience resulting in proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System. Experience in a metrics driven environment and working in a corporate and agency style recruitment model.
