Sales Associate Cashier

Employee Duties & Responsibilities

1) Serve customers by establishing rapport, building customer confidence, providing accurate information, and promoting product through point of successful sale.

2) Establish professional, yet personalized rapport with customer upon contact, by phone or in person.

3) Answer all questions, providing detailed information and establishing trust with the customer to close of sale. Follow up on customers request and orders.

4) Describe promote product in line with customers express needs and promoting purchase of related products.

5) Price inventory, organize inventory, stock shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise.

6) Promote extended warranty/maintenance agreements, parts accessories purchase.

7.) Daily cleaning and organizing of the business

8.) Able to effectively and accurate count down cash register and make daily bank deposiits

9.) Sanitize the business between visits

Abilities

• Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
• Able to multi-task and time manage.
• Knowledge of computers, printers, other technological equipment, and company policies.
• Ability to listen and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
• Able to stand for long periods at a time

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Greenwood, MS 38930: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
