JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for identifying and documenting the necessary details (labor, material, tools, tasks and special instructions) for completing an approved work order within Maximo; building and publishing a schedule of maintenance related work activities that aligns with operational requirements and optimizes craft worker time utilization. Supports the upkeep and maintenance of equipment master data within Maximo and the extraction of relevant information from Maximo to support the analysis of key performance indicators and continuous improvement efforts.

The planner will review necessary job details in the field then construct a detailed work plan that includes the necessary steps to perform the job, identify the craft worker and labor hours to complete each task, identify, reserve or purchase the necessary materials and third party services, and document any necessary special instructions or documentation required
