Quality Technician Lead

Description
Phillips-Medisize, a Molex company, is seeking an experienced Quality Technician Lead (N2) to support our Phillips-Medisize St. Croix Meadows facility located in Hudson, Wisconsin.
Shift: N2 5pm-5am 12 Hour Rotating Nights
What You Will Do In Your Role
- Oversee the flow of work; ensure the department is completing required work activities; and be a focal point for issues, problems, and communication
- Assign specific work activities for a shift or work group
- Provide input to performance review
- Provides input to decision maker whether to hire, terminate or discipline
- Complete in-process inspection on outgoing product in accordance with work instructions and take action in accordance to documented procedures when potential quality problems are identified
- Perform inventory transactions for acceptable and non-conforming product and properly document
- Provide assistance with disposition of on hold materials process, Material review board
- Verify, index, file and retrieve quality records
- Help coordinate and maintain calibration equipment
- Provide quality systems training and assistance to employees in quality decisions and SAP
- Complete capability studies and gage Repeatability and reproducibility analysis.
- Identify and recommend continual improvement opportunities for quality systems
- Assist with submission or validation packets
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- 3 years quality related experience
- SAP experience required
What Will Put You Ahead
- ASQ certification or equivalent experience
- Technical degree in related field, or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience working in a cGMP environment
- Basic computer literacy
- Leadership experience preferred
