Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Participate in defining our corporate client experience center visit journey, with members of marketing communications. Apply the defined corporate visit journey standard to the visits occurring at South Harbor facility, considering aspects from an internal process perspective and an external-facing perspective.
- Internal processes: Responsible for overall scheduling process including calendar creation, upkeep, and coordination. Responsible for internal training and communication processes
- Customer-facing aspects: Responsible for invite process, communications, agenda, tour development, promotions, staff, etc. aligned to corporate brand and standard journey.
- Responsible for the planning and execution of tasks and activities related to South Harbor experience center visits and facility tours including, but not limited to scheduling, logistics, communications, vendor negotiations, equipment coordination, lead generation engagement, event staffing, concierge, off-site entertainment, and post-event reporting
- Implement measurement plans for visits to South Harbor. Create measurable objectives and KPIs with the team to determine the effectiveness of the experience for our attendees. Create post-visit reports documenting results. Review for continuous improvement
- Responsible for managing the South Harbor merchandise storefront, including working the store during daily hours, ensuring store set-up, developing displays, managing inventory, and reporting on sales.
- Work with members of marketing communications to develop plans to unite the face-to-face experience attendees have at our South Harbor experience center, with the digital experience attendees have through other channels, including email marketing, website, social media, etc. Help track the experiences at South Harbor, and funnel consented contacts into CRM for campaigns and other channel engagements.
- Manage the South Harbor CEC and facility tour visit budget. Responsible for providing visit estimates to hosts for their approval of the visit scope, as well as tracking actuals and ensuring invoicing occurs.
Predominant Tasks:
- Align to corporate visit journey standards for all facility visits, creating an engagement plan that meets or exceeds customer expectations. Execute the plan considering pre-, during, and post-visit engagements
- Manage scheduling of visits to South Harbor CEC and facility tours, including coordination of SMEs and facility owners (HR, engineering, manufacturing, etc.).
- Define visit objectives, visit journeys and agendas. Collaborate with hosts and other stakeholders to define this for each visit. Coordinate staffing for each visit.
Experience And Educational Background:
- Bachelor?s degree preferred.
- Experience in marketing, excellent organizational skills, strong project management skills.
- Experience managing budgets, invoicing, and negotiating pricing/contracts preferred.
- Experience working a merchandise store and/or events is preferred.
- Very detail oriented.
- Manage relationships with internal customers and stakeholders, taking a proactive approach.

Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
