About the Position:

The Sales & Leasing Manager position primarily revolves around business development and ensuring a sales ready office that is set up for success. Responsibilities include product knowledge, business development, upscaling productivity, developing methods to improve corporate office profitability, achieving sales goals and financial targets, touring clients, developing and presenting customized business solutions and assisting with daily operational/ administrative tasks. You will analyze and enhance sales and operational efforts, making the necessary modifications to align them with the company?s business goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • New business development and membership recruitment related activities including promptly responding to and following up with all leads, use of the company?s CRM, conducting tours, consultative discussions and customized proposals
  • Sales strategy and achieving revenue targets, as well as revenue reporting
  • Managing broker partnerships and fostering solid relationships
  • Managing of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Networking activities, hosted events and community involvement
  • Maintaining a sales ready office and fostering a sales culture
  • Developing strong client relationships resulting in low client turnover
  • Excellent knowledge of products, local market and competitors
  • Operational responsibilities including opening and closing the office, sanitizing shared or commonly used areas, making coffee, process and procedure documentation and general maintenance of the facility
  • Administrative duties including assisting with mail/ address services, notary and witness services and greeting clients
  • Local travel to networking events, etc. may be required.

Position Type: Full-Time, 8:30am -5pm in office

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven sales skills
  • Minimum 3-5 years? experience in a position related to sales, client management, business consulting, and/or hospitality
  • Minimum 2 years of intermediate administrative experience
  • Bachelor?s degree level or higher is preferred
  • Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
